Evenement Reglement
1) Algemene Voorwaarden
a. Door deelname aan het evenement verklaart de deelnemer zich akkoord met dit reglement.
b. De vereniging behoudt zich het recht voor om wijzigingen in het reglement aan te brengen.
2) Toegang en Deelname
a. Toegang tot alle ruimtes, activiteiten en spellen is geheel op eigen risico.
b. De vereniging is niet aansprakelijk voor enig letsel, schade of verlies die voortvloeit uit deelname aan het evenement.
3) Beeldmateriaal en Privacy
a. Tijdens het evenement kan beeldmateriaal (foto’s en video’s) worden gemaakt.
b. Dit beeldmateriaal kan door de vereniging worden gebruikt voor promotiedoeleinden.
c. Beeldmateriaal kan ook gemaakt en op social media gepost worden worden door bezoekers. De vereniging kan hier geen verantwoordelijkheid voor dragen.
d. Indien een deelnemer bezwaar heeft tegen het gebruik van specifiek beeldmateriaal, kan dit na afloop van het evenement schriftelijk worden gemeld bij de vereniging.
4) Veiligheid en Gedrag
a. Deelnemers dienen zich respectvol en verantwoordelijk te gedragen tegenover andere bezoekers, medewerkers en de locatie.
b. De vereniging behoudt zich het recht voor om deelnemers die zich niet aan de regels houden, de toegang tot het evenement te ontzeggen.
Regolamento dell’Evento
1) Condizioni Generali
a. Partecipando all’evento, il partecipante accetta integralmente il presente regolamento.
b. L’associazione si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al regolamento in qualsiasi momento.
2) Accesso e Partecipazione
a. L’accesso a tutti gli spazi, alle attività e ai giochi avviene interamente a proprio rischio.
b. L’associazione non è responsabile per eventuali lesioni, danni o perdite subiti durante la partecipazione all’evento.
3) Materiale Fotografico e Privacy
a. Durante l’evento potranno essere realizzati foto e video.
b. Tale materiale potrà essere utilizzato dall’associazione per scopi promozionali.
c. Anche i visitatori possono realizzare e pubblicare materiale fotografico sui socia media; tuttavia, l’associazione non può assumersi alcuna responsabilità in merito.
d. Qualora un partecipante si opponga all’utilizzo di specifici materiali, dovrà comunicarlo per iscritto all’associazione dopo la conclusione dell’evento.
4) Sicurezza e Comportamento
a. I partecipanti devono mantenere un comportamento rispettoso e responsabile nei confronti degli altri visitatori, dello staff e della location.
b. L’associazione si riserva il diritto di negare l’accesso o allontanare dall’evento i partecipanti che non rispettino le regole.

2) Access and Par1cipa1on
a. Access to all areas, activities and games is entirely at your own risk.
b. The association is not liable for any injury, damage or loss resulting from participation in the event.
3) Images and Privacy
a. During the event, images (photos and videos) may be made.
b. Image material may be used by the association for promo(onal purposes.
c. Images may also be made and posted on social media by visitors. The association cannot be held responsible for this.
d. If a participant objects to the use of specific images, this can be reported to the association in writing after the event.
4) Safety and Behaviour
a. Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly towards other visitors, volunteers
and the location.
b. The association reserves the right to deny access to the event to participants who do not comply with the rules.
